NYLA RELIEF ORGANIZATION is a not-for-profit corporation registered in New York state

Our Team is small but all we need.

 Gary Lowe is an American living in Bulgaria. He has been to Ukraine during the war to personally make connections and assess the need. 

Pete Gibbons is in New York and will source and ship the supplies. Pete was a responder to the World Trade Center attack in 2001. He organized and conducted a disaster relief effort to Haiti immediately after the earthquake that killed over 200,000 people.

 Bohdan Klimchuk is a Ukrainian businessman who has built a relief network in country, He is highly respected by the Ministry of Health and the Military,

Bohdan Klimchuk is a widely respected business owner in Ukraine. He established a Relief Organization early in the war. His organization is partnered with Health of  Ukraine People, a larger effort that has the official authorization of the Ukraine Ministry of Health to function in this manner.

Health of Ukraine has issued a written authorization for Bohdan Klimchuk, Gary Lowe and Peter Gibbons to source, secure and deliver medical supplies in their name.

The Letters of Authorization are below.

Celox is becoming increasingly difficult to source in bulk, primarily due to the war in Ukraine. The price has continued to rise steadily since the spring.

Every Ready First Aid is a Celox importer/distributor in New York City.They have proven to be a reliable source for large orders of Celox in all its forms.

The Team has established an account with them. Pete Gibbons will place all orders, pick-up the CELOX from Ever Ready First Aid's Brooklyn warehouse, and package the shipment.  

 DHL, FEDEX and similar Global Delivery services will not currently deliver to Ukraine.

Nova Poshta is a Ukraine-based, non-governmental postal delivery service in Ukraine. They are similar to the network of UPS stores in the US.

Nova Poshta is working with VeloxBox, a Ukraine-based Global Delivery service with facilities in New Jersey. They will ship the Celox directly to the Nova Poshta office in Ukraine that Bohdan Klimchuk specifies. The cost will be minimal.

Pete Gibbons will deliver the packaged supplies directly to VeloxBox in New Jersey.

Bohdan Klimchuk will personally pick the shipment up in Ukraine and personally deliver it to the military and/or a Ministry of Health hospital.

Pete Gibbons and/or Gary Lowe will be in Ukraine for the delivery.
